KIMBERLEA CHABOT
Kimberlea Chabot spent several years in the classroom as an elementary school teacher in New Jersey and Connecticut. She has always emphasized teaching the whole child and received a grant to pursue Multiple Intelliegences- being smart in many different ways! Last summer, Kimberlea became certified in YogaEd and now presents workshops to classroom teachers on the benefits of yoga in the classroom and enjoys teaching children how to connect to their bodies and become more self-aware through yoga. Currently, she is pursuing certification in the area of Anusara yoga, which emphasizes heart-opening postures and the meditative aspects of Hatha yoga. Kimberlea has a passion for children's books (over 1,000!) and nature- two elements that often show up in her children's yoga classes.  She is a mother, a Girl Scout leader, and classroom volunteer when she is off the mat.

SUNSHINE YOGA wholeheartedly follows the IMT™ philosophy that each student is already perfect and whole; the student and teacher are both unlimited in their potential and ability to heal; and no part of the body/mind/spirit complex, and no part of the brain, works alone.
