CORPORATE PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Below are typical program descriptions.  Variations are available to suit your needs.

Midday Metta
A convenient 30-minute program offering employees a respite of gentle standing and chair yoga, stretching, breathwork, and meditation.  Typical class settings include a conference room or company gym.  Class time is typically between late morning or early afternoon, with frequency ranging from once to twice per week.

Yoga on the Mat
A 60 or 75-minute yoga session, including typical yoga on the mat.  Sessions include sequences of yoga postures ranging from gentle to invigorating, and incorporate a meditative aspect.  Sessions end with a deep relaxation.  Typical class settings include larger conference rooms, open office space, or company gym.  Class time is typically early morning, late afternoon, or early evening, with a frequency of once per week.

One-Time Experiential Presentations
Presentations for groups of any size (providing accommodating space is available), including overviews of yoga history, benefits, research, instruction, and participation in postures (typically standing and chair yoga), breathwork, and meditation.  Typical class settings are large conference rooms or lecture halls.  Duration is typically 60 to 90 minutes.
